Victoria Moss, CPA, MBA
Founder and Managing Partner
Victoria is a tax executive with four decades of experience advising clients across entertainment, media, sports, music, private equity, financial services, and high-net-worth sectors.
Before founding Moss Advisory Partners, she led the California tax practice and national entertainment tax practice at Citrin Cooperman, following senior leadership roles at BDO, EY, Deloitte, and PwC.
She is a CPA licensed in California, New York, and Florida and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida.
Elizabeth-Ann Moss, MBA
Advisor, Strategy & Operations
Elizabeth-Ann brings more than 15 years of experience turning complex, cross-functional priorities into structured plans, financial models, and practical operating systems. Her work has spanned early-stage ventures, healthcare, higher education, and international research programs. At Moss Advisory Partners, she supports firm strategy and operations and contributes to select business advisory engagements. She earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.
